Actress Kaley Cuoco is serving up some serious #MondayMotivation by starting off her week right with a good sweat session. On her Instagram, she posted a series of photos from her personal training session with her trainer, Ryan Sorenson. In the pics, the Flight Attendant star, 35, does all kinds of strength and cardio exercises, including resistance band work, boxing, battle ropes, treadmill work, and time on a vertical climbing machine.
“Monday’s with @ryan_sorensen 😆 🏋🏼♀️🥊 💪🏽 { thanks for the painful pics @gatlin_didier },” the Big Bang Theory alum captioned the post.

Sorenson also shared videos of the workout on his Instagram. In the first one, the Golden Globe nominee does some resistance band cardio work with her sister, Briana.
“Sister’s Strong 💪🏼,” he captioned the video.

This is definitely not the first workout Cuoco has shared with her followers on Instagram. In November 2020, Cuoco also posted a video of herself boxing.

When she’s not working with Sorenson, she mixes things up. She posted another video in September 2020 of herself jumping rope, all while wearing a mask.

Switching up her workouts is as much a part of Cuoco’s routine as the exercises themselves. “If I’m doing yoga, we’re doing it every day this week….Then I’m like, ‘Oh my god, I have to switch,'” she previously told Women’s Health. “Then I’m going crazy on SoulCycle….’Okay, I have to switch.'”
