Lisa Riley is an English actress and television presenter best known for portraying Mandy Dingle in Emmerdale.
The 42-year-old, from Manchester, has been on our television screens for over 20 years.
During this time, fans have noticed her go through a truly incredible weight loss transformation.
When she kick-started her journey, Lisa slimmed down by 12st and dropped a whopping seven dress sizes.
So how did the TV star do it?

Lisa made sure she watched her portion sizes and ate out of a bowl to help with portion control.
Speaking to the Mirror, she said: “I had made myself fat by gorging on bread, crisps, crumpets and red wine.
“Once I accepted responsibility for my health, weight and lifestyle it made it easier to take control. You don’t have to have starter, main and pudding.
“If you are doing that you are eating too much.”

The soap star revealed being honest about what she was eating helped her get in control of her diet.
Previously, she revealed a move she uses to eliminate bingo wings.
She would hold weights in each hand and pump her arms up and down to help her burn fat.
Lisa shared a picture of the exercise on Instagram at the time, before adding: “Lifting these weights, it’s painful but it works. When you are training it should be FUN!!!
“Then you can leave the gym, have your shower, and leave with the biggest smile on your face like in my right hand photo.”
When Lisa isn’t lifting weights in the gym, she keeps her exercise varied with some Zumba and yoga.
The Loose Women star also ditched booze in the hope of shedding some pounds.
Following her 40th birthday, she continued to the publication: “Now I don’t think I’ll ever drink again.
“I say never, but at the moment I don’t think I will.”
