Wondering what Jordyn’s fitness secret is? Turns out, she loves a good lower body workout, and her go-to circuit is super intense. She shared a clip of her fave moves on her Instagram earlier this summer:

Older posts prove Jordyn’s also a fan of hip thrusts (with weights), reps on the hip abductor machine, and squats, squats, and more squats, per Life and Style. Jordyn says she loves these moves because they help her work every leg muscle, including her calves.

And she’s serious about the squats. “You can hit your squats from anywhere, watching TV, whatever it is,” she told fans. “But just get up and do something.”

As for her diet, Jordyn loves to keep it balanced with extra fresh fruit and veggies. She’s posted snaps of her grocery cart on Instagram filled with corn, watermelon, tomatoes, and yellow peppers.

Every day is leg day for Jordyn—and it’s clearly working.
