(Which FYI, is making its return to the USA Network.)
Luckily for anyone looking for seriously hard workout porn, she’s always sharing her workouts with her followers—and they’re intense, to say the least. Her most recent video is an insane abs workout that is guaranteed to make your core scream.

The video montage features her doing four different of abs moves, including a move where she’s on an inclined bench and walking her legs seemingly on the ceiling, one-leg planks using a flat lifting bench, weighted inclined sit-ups, and one leg jumps over a lifting bench. My abs are burning just watching!
This, of course, isn’t the first video Jillian has posted straight from the gym. She recently aslo posted another video of her hardcore abs and butt workout.
