1. Before the sunrise, going for a Run

By the early sports we not only start much more balanced in the day, but can also focus during the day on the Job. And: Who goes in the morning to run before Breakfast, in addition to its fat metabolism to high gear.

Less Stress, more concentration and better mobility: There are plenty of reasons why we should have more time for the Yogi in all of us out. In the busy everyday life we take with us, however, do not always have the time.

This month, we roll out the yoga Mat – even if it is only for ten minutes. Asanas like the triangle, the warrior or the tree not only strengthen the muscles throughout the body, but also help against back pain and tension.

Another Plus: Yoga promotes physical well-being, is proven to reduce Stress and releases hormones of happiness. No matter whether in classic Hatha Yoga, challenging Vinyasa Flow, or a relaxing Yin Yoga: what Yoga style you choose, is unimportant.

This month is one that you take time for Yoga. You’ll love it. Namaste!
