1. Before the sunrise, going for a Run

3. The yoga Mat roll-out
Less Stress, more concentration and better mobility: There are plenty of reasons why we should have more time for the Yogi in all of us out. In the busy everyday life we take with us, however, do not always have the time.
This month, we roll out the yoga Mat – even if it is only for ten minutes. Asanas like the triangle, the warrior or the tree not only strengthen the muscles throughout the body, but also help against back pain and tension.
Another Plus: Yoga promotes physical well-being, is proven to reduce Stress and releases hormones of happiness. No matter whether in classic Hatha Yoga, challenging Vinyasa Flow, or a relaxing Yin Yoga: what Yoga style you choose, is unimportant.

4. Retro photos
The phone’s camera is everywhere: We take a picture of what holds the stuff – not look at the thousands of photos afterwards but often.
The set now against the trend: Get a Polaroid camera, or go with friends in the photo booth – so you can admire your snapshots by hand, hang, or in an Album with glue. Nicer than Snapchat, Instagram & Co.!
5. Chocolate cake baking
What better way is there than to make it a cold and cheerless autumn day with a Cup of tea and a piece of cake cosy inside? Properly, not very much. For this reason, the Swedes also celebrate the Kladkakka-day, this year at 07. November takes place.
