So how does Eva stay in such phenomenal shape? Well, Eva’s typical workouts include a whole bunch of fun, sweaty options. “I do a lot. I’m a runner, I do yoga, I do pilates. I do SoulCycle, and I’m just constantly mixing it up,” she told People in 2017. She also jumps around on a trampoline. This last weekend, she shared a video of herself and friend Claudia Zapata, RDN, getting in a high-energy mini-trampoline workout led by trainer Aly Giampolo, founder of trampoline studio The Ness.
When she’s not jumping her heart out on the trampoline, Eva loves to do strength training in the gym. She told US Weekly that following her son Santiago’s birth in 2018, she started working with celebrity trainer Grant Roberts. He helped her focus on “very serious weight training,” like wide-grip lat pull-downs, spinal twists, and deadlifts.
Eva doesn’t limit her workouts to the gym, though. She also likes to go hiking and get moving outside. Perhaps that’s another reason she’s lamenting the rainy days.
