It might already be September, but Elizabeth Hurley isn’t giving up on summer yet. The actress and model, 56, is celebrating the last few days of warm weather by posting a brand new video on Instagram.
In the clip, Liz rocks a bright yellow string bikini while lounging on a couch outside. Her bod is looking super toned from every different angle. Seriously, she’s got sculpted abs, legs for days, and a peach-emoji-worthy booty.
(Oh, and if you’re curious about that super cute suit, it’s from Liz’s own line. You can grab it here!)
“Last of the September sun #Herefordshire 💗,” Liz captioned her post. Fans in the comment section couldn’t get enough of her summertime vibes: “56 years old… and look like you’re 26. 🔥🔥🔥,” one fan noticed (definitely agree there). “And the internet collapses OMG,” another user added. Tbh, it’s pretty show-stopping:

Wondering just how Liz stays so fit? She doesn’t spend too much time at the gym, but she told Extra that she likes to get moving on the reg.
“I don’t work out, per se, but I am very active,” she said. “I do a lot of exercise, but it’s really the gardening… cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff I do.” (Logging? Is there anything she can’t do?)
She’s also into found fitness, or exercising when she has the time. Liz told Women’s Health that she sometimes does squats while brushing her teeth and takes 30-minute walks with her dog that are “fast enough to get my heart rate up.”
When she’s not focusing on getting her steps in, Elizabeth eats a healthy diet filled with fresh veggies. “All through summer we eat fruit and vegetables from my own garden. I used to have a small organic farm, and all the meat my son ate was from the farm,” she told The Cut. “Obviously that’s not possible for most people, but supporting local farmers wherever you live is a good thing.”
And, she’s big on hydration. Liz drinks two mugs of warm water every morning, she told Daily Mail UK. “It tastes fairly disgusting, but it’s fantastic for your digestive system.” She also carries a water bottle with her to remind herself to keep drinking throughout the day.
Clearly, it’s a combination that’s working for Liz.
