2 tbs tamari
2 tbs honey
1 fresh chilli, finely chopped
3 spring onions, finely chopped
2 pieces salmon, skin on, approx. 150g each
Preheat the oven to 180°C. To make the glaze, put the tamari, honey, chilli and spring onions in a small bowl, and mix to combine.
Place the salmon pieces on a baking tray, baste all over with glaze and place in the oven. Every 3–5 mins, baste the salmon with more glaze while it cooks.
Bake for about 20 mins or until cooked to your liking, and enjoy!
