It’s no secret that Jenna Jameson has been killing it on the keto diet (that 80-pound weight loss, you know?)—but that doesn’t mean she’s totally free of all insecurities.
On Sunday, Jenna posted a “progress update” about her keto journey on Instagram: “I feel physically unstoppable,” she wrote. “Sharp, focused and capable… #keto has done that for me. My body is running optimally.”

Little progress update. I feel physically unstoppable. Sharp, focused and capable… #keto has done that for me. My body is running optimally. But let’s talk about insecurities. So many women (and some men) ask me about loose skin. Listen. My belly will always have loose skin because I carried three gorgeous babies inside of it, two of them being a twin pregnancy. I’m ok with my wobbly belly, and you should be too. Yes my waist is tiny again but it will never look like the “playboy” Jenna belly again. So let’s pull our chonies up to our belly buttons, and chant together, I wear my motherhood proudly! Love you guys. #postpartumbody #selflove #weightloss #intermittentfasting #mombod #batelnappingbehindme

But, according to Jenna, feeling unstoppable mentally isn’t always so easy—especially when it comes to insecurities about her loose skin. “So many women (and some men) ask me about loose skin,” she wrote. “Listen. My belly will always have loose skin because I carried three gorgeous babies inside of it, two of them being a twin pregnancy.”
This isn’t the first time Jenna’s opened up about her struggles with loose skin after losing so much weight: “It’s not all perfection,” Jenna wrote in an Instagram post back in September, hoping to show other women what can happen when you lose large amounts of weight.

Yes I’m trying to make the most of my legs in this pic… but if you look you can see the loose skin. I’m actively doing yoga as much as possible to try to tighten. I just wanted to post this so other mamas can see what happens when you lose weight. It’s not all perfection. But I feel so beyond healthy now that I’m fat adapted and intermittent fasting on the regular. Let me know your thoughts. #weightlossjourney #keto #ketotransformation #weightloss

And in another post about loose skin a month later in October, Jenna put her “wrinkly” stomach on display: “Now that I’m thin, my skin is much more laxed, and it’s annoying. But it’s reality,” she wrote, adding once again that she’s “not in any way perfect.”

Loose skin. Let’s talk about it. I got hundreds of comments from women who are in their weight loss process, post partum or both… that ask me how I have no loose skin after having twins, a singleton and losing almost 70 pounds. Well, this is my tummy. Yes it’s snatched but it’s also wrinkly. It’s even worse if I don’t sit up straight. I am JUST like you. Now that I’m thin, my skin is much more laxed, and it’s annoying. But it’s reality. I felt the need to show you. I’m not in any way perfect. I have slowly embraced it and the funniest part is my man is like… huh? LOL I love men. I’m sure some of you will say that’s NOTHING, but I hope you understand that I come from a life of constantly striving for perfection and comparison. I’m breaking that cycle. Thank you for being my sounding board. I love you. #weightlossjourney #tummy #mombod #keto #intermittentfasting #ketodiet

Still, despite insecurities that may come up, Jenna’s learning to accept her new body—and trying not to compare it to her old one. “I’m ok with my wobbly belly, and you should be too,” she wrote. “Yes my waist is tiny again but it will never look like the ‘Playboy’ Jenna belly again.”
Jenna ended the post with a rally cry to all the other mommas out there: “So let’s pull our chonies up to our belly buttons, and chant together, I wear my motherhood proudly!”
