Rebel Wilson is in Palm Beach, Florida, for a polo event (who isn’t?) and she took some time off to hit up the beach. Naturally, she shared a snapshot from the shore.
“Palm Beach-ing 🏝 I think I wanna move to Florida now,” she wrote in the caption. In the pic, Rebel is working a black one-piece with a sexy zip-front, along with oversized sunglasses, a blue straw hat, and Givenchy slides. She looks super fit and confident, and people definitely noticed. She’s a total natural living that Florida life.

The Pitch Perfect star announced in January 2020 that she was going on a Year of Health, which she dedicated to boosting her overall wellness. Rebel’s self-declared Year of Health is technically over, but she’s clearly still focusing on staying oh so healthy. The comedian lost more than 60 pounds, reaching her goal weight early (TYVM) and generally just seems really, really happy.
How did she do it? Rebel started out by walking more and trying to eat well. “I put on the athleisure and went out for a walk, deliberately hydrating on the couch right now and trying to avoid the sugar and junk food which is going to be hard after the holidays I’ve just had but I’m going to do it!” she said.
Since then, Rebel start ramping up workouts with her trainer Jono Castano—exercising up to seven days a week. She even shared video on Instagram of herself flipping tires.

Rebel also started on an eating plan called the Mayr Method, which is based on the belief that most people are poisoning their digestive systems with the foods they eat and how they eat them. Under the Mayr Method, meals are focused on whole foods with high alkaline content, like vegetables, fresh fish, and sheep’s milk yogurt.
Rebel told People that she’s added more protein to her diet, too. “Before I was probably eating 3,000 calories most days, and because they were normally carbs, I would still be hungry,” she said. “So, I’ve really changed to eating a high-protein diet, which is challenging because I didn’t used to eat a lot of meat. I eat fish, salmon, and chicken breast.”
Rebel said during a recent interview with The Morning Crew With Hughesy, Ed and Erin that she’s felt more confident since going on her Year of Health. “You can tell that I post, like, a lot of photos of myself on Instagram,” she said. “I’m like, ‘Oh yeah, loving myself.’ I know I should calm down a bit on that.”
