Who’s ready for a holiday treat? Nope, I’m not talking about chocolate eggs.
Elizabeth Hurley, the stunning 53-year-old actress, model, and swimsuit designer, just posted a photo on Instagram that is truly two gifts in one.
The first gift: those abs. Any time Elizabeth shares a shot of her super in-shape physique, it’s something else.
The second present: a discount! As she wrote in her photo caption, Elizabeth is offering 20 percent off everything from her Elizabeth Hurley Beach collection, as an Easter special—including some styles that are already in the “special offers” section of the site.

If your jaw is still dropped over the fact that the 53-year-old can rock a bikini like nothing you’ve seen before (totally get it), you may want to know a little something about her diet and fitness routine. She previously told Women’s Health that her “secret” to looking so damn good consists of three things: “Making more time for exercise, eating nutritious foods, and taking the time to do relaxing activities.”

Elizabeth’s diet is shockingly normal, if not a tad bit boring. She starts her morning off with two mugs of warm water (#HydrationGoals), but other than that, things are pretty status quo. Here’s a sample of her typical meals:
- Breakfast: A bowl of Greek yogurt, a banana, and a little bit of honey
- Lunch: A bowl of veggie soup
- Dinner: Grilled chicken and “lots and lots and lots” of vegetables
As for her fitness, Elizabeth starts toning first thing in the morning. She’ll do squat reps while she brushes her teeth, which is a pretty boss move, especially for someone who wears multiple career hats. (I’m totally stealing this one…)
Beyond her brush and bend routine, Elizabeth goes on a brisk morning walk with her dogs and adds yoga and Pilates into her week when she has the time for it.
Elizabeth’s lax but consistent approach to staying healthy definitely seems like one worth mimicking. I’ll be starting tomorrow morning, so here’s to hoping I can squat without getting toothpaste everywhere.
