Dry fruit chaat by Chef Harangad Singh
Here’s the recipe for making dry fruit chaat:
Ingredients:
Peanuts 15-20 pieces, almonds 15-20 pieces, pistachios 10 pieces, cashew nuts 15-20 pieces, raisins 15-20 pieces, sendha namak (rock salt) as per taste, red pepper as per taste, chaat masala as per taste, meethi chutney as per taste
Method:
Heat Half spoon oil in a pan.
Dry roast all the dry fruits together and allow them to cool.
Add salt, pepper, chaat masala and meethi chutney.
Mix them well and enjoy the dry fruit chaat.
Palak patta chaat by Chef Piyush Jain
Ingredients:
Palak 100 gm, besan 50 gm, degi mirch 1 gm, sendha namak (rock salt) to taste, turmeric powder 1 gm, vrat bhujiya 4 gm optional, Curd 100 gm, Mint chutney 4 gm, tamarind chutney 3 gm, Sugar 25 gm, pomegranate pearls for garnish
Method:
Make a batter of gram flour and water. Add salt to the batter.
Once the batter is ready dip the spinach leave and fry it in fresh oil and wait till it crisps.
Add sweet yogurt, tamarind sauce and green mint chutney to the leaf and garnish the spinach leaf with bhujia and pomegranate.
