Drew Barrymore knows her sh*t when it comes to beauty (after all, she owns her own makeup line!) so when she shares her recs, I am ALL EARS.

The actress and founder of FLOWER Beauty has been blowing up her Instagram all week with her go-to makeup, hair, and skin-care products as part of her annual #BeautyJunkieWeek. And nope, this is not a paid sponsorship, she says:

“Ps. Remember. I don’t get paid or encouraged to post anything during the week. These are my personal finds that I can’t wait to share,” she says. And her typical put-it-all-out-there fashion, she includes a pic of herself makeup-free.

#BEAUTYJUNKIEWEEK HAS BEGUN. Your beauty routine starts at this line, and we must work upward! We forget our neck and chest!!!! this me directly after a clear and brilliant laser treatment (which i highly recommend) It’s as light as it gets and is non invasive. But it helps me with my crazy level 10 Malasma after babies. And the Dermatoligist said to me, “don’t forget, your beauty routine starts from here up” and made this exact line on her chest. And I can’t forget it. We know this, but we don’t do it. I don’t. I love my skin care routines. But I forget anything below the chin. So next time you go to wash your face, remember this hand on your chest and work upwards!!!!! Ps. Remember. I don’t get paid or encouraged to post anything during this week. These are my personal finds that I can’t wait to Share !!!!!!!!!! Pss this is me with no me up and no filter except the sun in my window! @flowerbeauty @ultabeauty @walmart

Here are six of Drew’s must-haves for gorgeous, glowing skin. (P.S. Some of the products she posted about are sold out, so snatch them up!)

Clinique Even Better Eyes Dark Circle Corrector

$55, sephora.com.au

Drew admits that dark circles really are her nemesis. “It looks like instead of being impossibly happy throughout my life, I look more like a ghoul who came from the graveyard!” she says. The oil-free cream is one of five that Drew said she loves—which targets bags with a cooling massage tip and luminisers that lighten up the under-eye area. “I’ve tried everything and will continue to find the holy grail for dark circles,” she says.

Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Concentrate Matrix

$115, sephora.com.au

Drew also shouted out this Estée Lauder eye cream as another go-to. It’s packed with concentrated hyaluronic acid to moisturise the skin around the eyes and reduce the appearance of fine lines.

Evian Facial Water Spray

$12.99, chemistwarehouse.com.au

#beautyjunkieweek OK I know this says it’s for the face, but I use it on hair. It literally has that perfect atomizer that distributes perfectly for waves and curls. Almost like the diffuser on your hair dryer. It can give the hair gentle beachy waves when minimally sprayed on dry hair. And then walk away! Just let it do it’s thing. It will softly separate your stands and give a mild texture. OR you can go to town. Spray a bunch in and scrunch the hair with your hands or dry with a diffuser for lots of kinky fun curl. I also use it on my daughters when they wake up with “fairy hair”. It is gentle and doesn’t leave it heavy or gummy like detanglers can. It’s great for my girls with the wet brush or a mason Pierson type of bristle. I don’t know about you, but my kids are not physched about hair brushing. It’s more like crawling into a Lions den. So thank you Evian! I can do what I need to do with me and myself and the girls thanks to you. I bet you are dope on the face too! @flowerbeauty @ultabeauty @walmart

While the water spray is designed as a mist for face, Drew also uses it to give her hair texture. “It can give the hair gentle beachy waves when minimally sprayed on dry hair. And then walk away! Just let it do its thing,” she says.

Sakara Beauty Water

$39, amazon.com

The concentrate, which you add to water, promises to hydrate and reduce puffiness. “@sakaralife has the most beautiful balancing rose water that tastes like you’re drinking flowers,” says Drew.

Juara Radiance Enzyme Scrub

$49, amazon.com

Drew says that this facial scrub was a huge surprise. After using it, “my pores shrank to zip. Zero. Tight,” she wrote. “I haven’t seen anything that works this fast and effective. I do this scrub three times a week and I love it.”

Flower Cosmetics Mix N’ Matte Lip Duo

$22.50, amazon.com

#beautyjunkieweek @carlibel and some #MIXandMATTE lips from @flowerbeauty and avail at @ultabeauty and @walmart She is in “violet vixen” and I am in “red velvet”. LINK IN BIO to buy. These are my fav lips. They are a two in one and that is what we did in her video for herYoutube channel. She did my make up!!!! And we talked about how we love products that can have duo purposes. Like this lip component that has a comfort matte lip on one side and an enhancing light catching lipgloss on the other. So really a three in one. She put lip liner inside my eyes too. To make them enhanced. We did so much multi tasking. Simply put, we had the best afternoon. And I felt so pretty in her make up. And she did my first… well, you will have to watch! Love her so much I can take it!!!!!!

From Drew’s own line, she says she gets giddy over a good product that’s a two-in-one. As she describes it: “this lip component that has a comfort matte lip on one side and an enhancing light catching lipgloss on the other.” The lipstick also has castor seed oil to help lock in moisture, keeping lips hydrated. So really, a three-in-one!

Thank you, Drew, for continuing to keep it so real. Now if you’ll excuse me, this fellow ghoul is off to Sephora for some eye cream.
