Tiffiny Hall's Chai-Spiced Quinoa Porridge With Blueberries

Celeb trainer Tiffiny Hall’s healthy twist on a classic, comforting brekkie. 

Ingredients

2 Chai teabags

1/2 cup quinoa (rinsed)

50g protein powder

1 tbs coconut flakes

1/4 cup blueberries

10g chopped pecans

2 tsp honey

Method

Place tea bags and 1 cup of water into a small saucepan and bring to the boil.

Remove teabags, add quinoa, cover and simmer gently for 15 minutes, or until quinoa is cooked. 

Stir through protein powder (you may need to add a little more water).

At the same time, heat a small frypan over low heat and toast coconut until golden. Set aside.

Divide quinoa between two bowls and top with blueberries, coconut chips, pecans and honey.
