Healthy Hacks: Caramel Bliss Balls

In this week’s Healthy Hacks we show you how to make caramel bliss balls – a sweet treat that’ll take just a few seconds of work. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates (packed)
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut (plus a bit extra for rolling)
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method

  • Blend the Medjool dates, almonds, shredded coconut and salt in a food processor and pulse until it creates a sticky dough.

  • Using your hands, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls, and then roll into a plate of shredded coconut to top if desired.

  • Store the balls in an airtight container in the fridge.
