Bliss balls, smoothie bowls, raw cheesecake, avo crostini… We’re still day-dreaming about the foodie spread at our first-ever WH Well Fed event, in partnership with Melrose Health.
On Monday, our guests (including Home and Away’s Sam Frost, influencer Caroline Groth and Matcha Maiden founder Sarah Holloway) joined us at the Boat House at Sydney’s stunning Shelly Beach for a morning of delicious eats.

It started with a Q&A panel, hosted by former Women’s Health cover star and Melrose Health ambassador Rachael Finch and our editor Jacqui Mooney. Joining them was Melrose Health’s resident nutritionist Dani Venn and resident Wholefoods Cook Steph Lowe, who took us through their morning habits, healthy hacks and favourite recipes.

Next, Rachael gave us an insight into how her relationship with food has changed over the years. While she’s experimented with many different breakfasts, she’s finally found a combo that helps her function at her best: high-carbs and healthy fats.
