Here, we thought Trader Joe’s was the reigning champ when it comes to the best, most unique Thanksgiving-inspired finds, from their Turkey Cranberry Meatballs to their Turkey Salad Sandwich and their Turkey Cranberry Apple Salad. But now Aldi has us turning our heads for and instantaneously drooling over their latest seasonal product: Priano’s Turkey Cranberry Ravioli.
The Turkey Cranberry Ravioli at Aldi is basically all your favorite elements of Thanksgiving dinner delicately stuffed into a pasta casing and devoured in one bite. According to the packaging, the ravioli is stuffed with a “traditional blend of slow roasted turkey with cranberries, stuffing and fine cheeses.” And, according to a PR rep who spoke with Best Products, the limited-edition ravioli will arrive at Aldi stores Nov. 6.
But how do these ravioli bites taste? We’d assume nothing short of magical — and The Kitchn contributor Jessica Kelly seconds that with the review she wrote for the site.
“Each bite was a little sweeter than the last. But not too sweet,” Kelly writes, adding that she suggests topping the Aldi Thanksgiving ravioli with turkey gravy. “If you’re looking for something more traditional, I’d suggest the turkey gravy. It really helps the Thanksgiving flavors shine through. And, even though the turkey was not dry by any means, it made for extra-moist and tender meat.”
Redditor huncamuncamouse, however, went gourmet with the sauce and toppings. “We added peas, toasted walnuts, and mustard greens, and then cooked them in a creamy cheese sauce (beer was involved). It was a great match for our Manhattans and this cold weather,” huncamuncamouse writes.

Lucky for us, huncamuncamouse even detailed exactly how to make the sauce:
“I used half a stick of butter and browned the walnuts, added a cup of half and half, and then sprinkled in flour. I kinda screwed that by not measuring and added too much. I needed to thin it, so I threw in a splash beer and that worked. Brought to a boil to cook off the booze, then simmered. Added in about half a cup of both parmesan cheese and Colby jack cheese. And I just cooked the ravioli right in the sauce. We wilted the greens and popped the peas right in the sauce, too.”
And — voilà! — there you have it.
Also new at Aldi are a slew of pumpkin-flavored products, like a pumpkin cake roll, pumpkin spice bagels, pumpkin pecan instant oatmeal, and pumpkin spice bread, as well as pumpkin and salted caramel coffee cops, pumpkin and maple ground coffees, and instant pumpkin spice latte packets. Aldi also has an adorable set of ninja and ugly sweater cookie decorating sets. The new alcohol-section offerings at Aldi will take your holiday party to the next level, too — from Connellys Caramel Country Cream and Holy Hill Farm Eggnog Wine to a German red wine called Christkindl Gluhwein that bursts with cinnamon, clove, orange, and lemon peel flavors.
