Let’s be real: It’s zero fun to eat out when you’re on a diet, especially a strict one like keto. Your options are limited, and even when you find something you can eat, you need to make some minor adjustments (hold the rice, please!).
Chipotle is trying to make things a little easier with four new “Lifestyle Bowls” created for specific diets (keto, paleo, Whole30), along with a double protein option—all of which are meant to give dieters more options when dining out.
Right now, according to Chipotle’s website, the bowls are “online exclusive meals” (you also get free shipping on these meals until January 7). Here’s how each bowl breaks down in terms of nutrition:
Keto Salad Bowl

At the end of the day, this is all stuff that Chipotle already had on the menu, but these new bowls at least make the ordering process a little easier.
