‘RHOC’ Alum Briana Culberson Has Been Crushing The Keto Diet For 5 Months

Another day, another celeb announcing her success on the keto diet—this time, it’s Briana Culberson, daughter of The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Vicki Gunvalson.

Briana, 31, has been on the keto diet for five months, according to a recent Instagram post by her husband Ryan Culberson (he’s on the keto diet too, FYI). “So proud of Briana my keto queen,” Ryan wrote, sharing a photo of Briana. “It has been such a [sic] easy transition for us over the last 5 months,” he added, also using the hashtags #ketolifestyle and #hotmama (Briana and Ryan have two kids, btw).

In the post, Ryan, a former Marine, also revealed that he and Briana are using KetoLogic to help them maintain their keto diet (he added a link to the company in his Instagram bio).

According to an Instagram Story on Ryan’s profile, it looks like Ryan and Briana are using KetoLogic’s strawberry meal replacement shake, along with a Keto BHB drink, which promises to boost your ketones and “fuel mental performance,” according to the company’s website.

In fact, back in July, Ryan marked his progress with another Instagram post: “2 month mark today and down 25 pounds,” he wrote, captioning a picture of KetoLogic products. “No exercise or measuring portions yet just substituting a meal replacement in the morning and a BHB shake in the afternoon. It’s the easiest lifestyle change I’ve ever done doing Keto!”

It sounds like Ryan and Briana are taking part in KetoLogic’s “Keto 30 Challenge,” which gives buyers a 30-day supply of KetoLogic meal replacement shakes and BHB drinks.

According to the website, the “Keto 30 Challenge” instructs you to replace one meal a day with a KetoLogic replacement shake, eat two low-carb meals, and drink one or two KetoLogic BHB drinks a day—in addition to getting some exercise each day.

In addition to their KetoLogic shakes, Ryan and Brianna are also proving to be pretty damn good keto cooks: On day three of their keto diet, Ryan posted a photo of what looks like mini slider burgers with bacon on top, with a side of asparagus.

Ryan followed that up a few months later with a recipe for keto venison jerky (which, according to Ryan, can also work with beef).

Keto venison jerky recipe that will work with beef as well. 4-5 LB VENISON ROAST 1/2 CUP TAMARI SAUCE 1/4 CUP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE 1 TBSP GARLIC POWDER 1 TBSP ONION POWDER 1 TSP BLACK PEPPER 1/2 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER In a mixing bowl, combine tamari sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper and black pepper. Stir to combine. Trim all connective tissue and excess fat from meat. With a sharp knife, slice into 1/4 inch thick slices against the grain. Put slices in a large re-sealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade mixture over the venison, and massage the bag so that all the slices are coated with the marinade. Seal the bag and refrigerate overnight. When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke setting. Remove the venison from the marinade and discard the marinade and pat dry. Arrange the meat in a single layer directly on the grill grate. Smoke for 4 to 5 hours, or until the jerky is dry but still chewy and somewhat pliant when you bend a piece. Transfer to cooling rack and allow to cool for 1 hour. Seal leftover jerky in a zip top plastic bag and store in fridge. . #venison #jerky #backyardgrocerystore #wildgame #organicmeat #huntforfood #eatwhatyoukill #realfood #deermeat #deer #ketojerky #ketofood #ketorecipes

Clearly, it looks like Ryan and Briana are living their best lives on the keto diet—do I sense a keto dinner party at Jenna Jameson’s place sometime soon?
