Watch Dr. Pimple Popper Squirt This ‘Coin Purse’ Pilar Cyst Literally Everywhere

  • Dr. Pimple Popper shared a new video on Instagram Tuesday featuring a large pilar cyst from the top of a man’s head.
  • The cyst suddenly squirts up into the doctor’s face, causing her and everyone else in the room to jump.
  • After the surprise explosion, Dr. Pimple Popper then squeezes out a chunky, pale yellow substance that she says looks like coins coming out of a coin purse.

The gift that keeps on giving? Dr. Pimple Popper’s Instagram feed—but also her collection of crazy cyst content. I mean, guys, she must have multiple (!!) folders on her desktop devoted to these delightfully disgusting videos and I. want. access. to. them. all.

But until I get the key to the proverbial cyst castle, I’ll settle for Dr. Pimple Popper’s latest Instagram video, which features the derm (a.k.a. Sandra Lee, MD) working her magic on a rather plump bump, a.k.a. a pilar cyst, on the top of the patient’s head. “#LevelUp your Tuesday with this Coin Purse Pilar Cyst!💰💥❤️#caching,” she caption the post, clearly hinting at the straight up gold that’s about to go down.

And boy is she right: the video starts off with a bang. In the first few seconds, Dr. P goes from gently cutting open the cyst to bringing in the big guns, err, hands.

Right as she puts her thumbs on either side of that bad boy—barely even pressing down yet!—it suddenly squirts a murky-colored liquid in seemingly every direction, including Dr. P’s face. Honestly, it’s kind of like a pus firework and the slow-mo clip that immediately follows the sneak attack totally cements that idea.

What follows is commentary from Dr. P, where she exclaims through residual laughter, “Everybody jumped!” Ain’t that the truth, doc! She continues, “Ahh, why did I do that?” (Answer: for the folks at home, of course.)

With tools back in hand, she further opens the cyst while still reflecting on the splash situation that just unfolded: “That was a squirt! […] I wasn’t expecting it.”

Remember when I said that Dr. P’s feed is the gift that keeps on giving? (See above.) Well, so is this video…

Like the courageous person she is, the doc brings her hands back to the patient’s head and starts squeezing. While there aren’t any more explosions (although how great would that be?!), what pours out of the cyst is also grossly satisfying: a thick, chunky, pale yellow substance.

And in pure Dr. P fashion, there’s a soundtrack too. Each time she squeezes out more gunk, a Mario Brothers-esc “caching” sound plays as if, yup you guessed it, she’s collecting coins (more like chunks of pus) coming out of the opened pilar cyst which, if you squint hard enough, looks kind of like a coin purse—or so Dr. P’s caption insists.

When all is said and done and any remaining yuck is massaged out of the patient’s hair, you can hear Dr. P say in the background, “Wooo! That woke me up.”

What an exhilarating way to the end the day, am I right?
