Sophie Turner, 25, is known for showing off her silly side with husband Joe Jonas on her Instagram. Whether they’re making faces together in a pool or posing with their next meal, the couple is good at getting all the laughs.

But in her latest post, the Game of Thrones actress is proving her account isn’t just fun and games. Fans in the comments felt the same way: “Them stems hunnaaaayyyy,” one caption said. “😎This picture made my day,” another user wrote, while a third just commented “yeee haw 🔥.”

So, just how does Sophie get toned thighs like those? A few years ago, she told Self all about her intense fitness routine. She worked out for an hour six days a week on top of her 13-hour X-Men workdays. “During the shoot I went hard,” she said. “And that hasn’t stopped.”

Her trainer, James Farmer, helped her through full-body exercises. Sophie did hill sprints and burpees and added kettle bells and resistance bands to get the most out of her workouts. “It was all outside, around London, which was more fun than being cooped up in a gym,” she said. “I need to do fun stuff that takes my mind off the fact that I’m working out.”

Now, Sophie loves “any high-intensity cardio, but boxing is my favorite,” she told W. To fuel up for her gym time, Sophie swears by “Vega Vanilla Protein with a tablespoon of macadamia nut butter, half a banana and almond milk.”

She gets a thrill trying new workouts, like goat yoga, too. “The excitement I felt throughout my body when I saw the goats walk in was just complete and pure ecstasy,” Sophie told British Vogue. “I’ve never felt that excited about anything in my life, ever, and I’ve been proposed to and that wasn’t even the best day of my life. This was.”

As for her diet, Farmer also helped Sophie completely revamp her meals to make sure she was getting the nutrition she needed. “When I met Sophie, she didn’t eat breakfast, which is a common mistake,” he said. “And I didn’t think she was eating enough of the right foods. So I made sure she had a good source of protein and healthy fats with every meal, plus lots of fibrous vegetables like spinach and cauliflower.”

Since then, “I’ve really embraced healthy eating,” Sophie said. “It makes you feel a lot better and more energetic. I’m inspired to get up and out.”

Eventually, the actress realized that exercise was more for her than just building muscle. “Exercise has made me feel more positive about my body, less self-conscious,” Sophie said. “I don’t know if I look any different, but I feel stronger, and I can do more, which is such a good feeling. It’s so liberating.”

Even if she doesn’t notice a difference, her fans definitely do!
