Big, big news in the gymnastics world: Simone Biles has set off for the Gold Over America Tour.

The gymnastics GOAT shared the info on Instagram this week, alongside photos of her getting ready to board a bus. “ I’m off for 2 months 🤍 I can’t believe I get to have my own tour. Seriously a dream come true✨,” she wrote in the caption. “Can’t wait to see all of the girls, meet all of the fans & explore all of the cities! GOLD OVER AMERICA TOUR, I’m coming for ya 🤩.”

Simone looks so happy in the pics, and it’s hard to miss the fact that she’s showing off some serious washboard abs in the process. Simone later shared snippets from the tour on her Instagram Stories and, yep, the abs are still right there.

Naturally, Simone gets those enviable abs by clocking some solid time at the gym. She previously told Women’s Health that she usually spends five or six hours a day training. But she also does other things outside of gymnastics, including cross-training.

Simone told WH before the 2016 Olympics that she and her teammates swam “twice a week—almost a mile.”

“I swore I was going to drown, it was so hard,” she said. “Then we would run. And the year before that we would bike 10 miles outside once a week. If we didn’t bike, we would run a mile before practice, and as soon as we finished the mile we’d have to go inside and do a beam routine. My legs were absolute jello.”

One thing Simone doesn’t do? Stress about her diet.“I do not track anything,” she previously told WH. “I eat what I feel good with and try not to overeat or stuff myself because I’m always at the gym.”

Simone is iffy on breakfast, though. “Sometimes I’ll grab a quick bite and sometimes I won’t,” she said. On days when she does eat breakfast, she’ll do oatmeal or fruit. After her workout, she’ll usually have a protein shake. “I love having a Core Power Protein Shake after a workout,” she said. “Usually I drink half after the first practice and half after the second practice. One of my favorite flavors at the moment is vanilla. It always changes, but it’s currently vanilla.”

Lunch is usually something she orders from Uber Eats and could be anything from pepperoni pizza to salmon or sushi. “If I cook, though, it’s usually pasta, or chicken or salmon in the air fryer, oven, or on the grill,” she said. She also likes to put plenty of veggies on her plate, including asparagus, broccoli, carrots, corn, green beans, peas, and potatoes. “I love potatoes in any shape or form,” she said.

Simone isn’t a huge snacker, but she’ll reach for fruit like grapes, strawberries, or a banana if she’s hungry between meals.

🐐.
