Heidi Klums Abs And Legs Look Stronger Than Ever In All Her New Bikini Pics On Instagram

  • Heidi Klum, 48, shared a bunch of new bikini photos on Instagram, and her body looks super sculpted.
  • The supermodel looks stronger than ever from all different angles.
  • Heidi works hard to maintain “the body” by running outside on her favorite path and limiting the carbs in her diet.

When you’re a supermodel, you know how to work a bikini. Heidi Klum just shared a bunch of bikini pics on Instagram that show she certainly knows how to work some swimwear. Plus, she just might be in the best shape of her life.

The 48-year-old didn’t write much in the caption—she just gave credit to her husband, Tom Kaulitz, along with a heart emoji—but really, no words necessary. The photos show Heidi lounging on what appears to be a boat deck and are shot from the side and the back. She’s working a purple print string bikini, accessorized with a quirky baseball cap, sculpted abs, and legs for days.

Heidi wasn’t done with the bikini pics. She share another post that features her standing in the suit with the simple caption, “😎☀️❤️.”

Heidi turned off the comments in both posts, but you can pretty much assume there were a lot of jaws dropping everywhere. That, and questions about her fitness routine.

While Heidi clearly has good genes (hello, her nickname is “the body”), she also works hard to be that fit. She previously told Women’s Health that she’s been a runner for years, but she definitely prefers hitting the road or trail over working up a sweat indoors. “I don’t love running on a treadmill,” she said. “I really prefer to be outside or get my exercise in while playing with my kids. But sometimes, after I’ve run those two miles and I check it off the list, I’m happy I took the time.”

Her go-to route is actually in NYC. “My favorite place to run is a long stretch on the West Side Highway, which goes along the Hudson River in New York City,” she previously told Women’s Health. “It’s a beautiful path, and you always feel surrounded by such an amazing community. You see the same people running every morning, and they inspire me to keep going.”

Heidi is also just really active in general, doing things like biking, jumping on a trampoline with her kids, and dancing, she told Women’s Health UK.

She also tries to exercise every day. “Your metabolism definitely changes when you turn 40,” she told Women’s Health UK. “I always thought, “That’s not going to happen to me.’ But it is happening to me. If I indulge more, I have to exercise more. I’ve figured out what works for me.”

Heidi has also figured out what foods help fuel her. She’s a healthy eater and told Women’s Health UK that she usually takes a pass on carbs. “There’s pasta, bread, chicken, fish and vegetables,” she said. “I’ll eat everything but the pasta and bread. Do I want pasta? I do. I choose not to eat it.”

That said, she’ll definitely treat herself here and there. “I love barbecue chips, especially the folded ones,” she told Women’s Health. “Whenever my kids and I are eating them and they find a crunchy, folded one, they know to give it to me! I also have a serious weakness for Kinder Schokolade—for me, it tastes like home. It’s the perfect sweet treat.”

Now, where can I get that bikini?!
