Who knew pop star Dua Lipa, 25, and model Bella Hadid, 24, were BFFs? The two are taking “twinning” to a whole new level over on Instagram.
In a brand new photo dump, Dua and Bella rock coordinating bikini top and skirt sets while lounging around a resort. But it’s their matching washboard abs that really complete the look. Fans in the comments couldn’t get enough of this unexpected pair.
“Here for this duo 🤎🦋,” one user wrote. “Dua and Bella together are everything to me 😭,” someone else added. Even Bella’s mom, Yolanda Hadid, left a sweet message: “❤️Love you guys.”

But while their 6-packs might match, Dua and Bella’s workout philosophies couldn’t be more different. Dua works out first thing in the morning, and her favorite ways to exercise include yoga, Pilates, and strength training, per Refinery29. Then, if she has time throughout the day, she adds quick, 15-minute HIIT workouts in when she can.
“It’s high-intensive interval training, but it’s so quick, it’s over before it’s even started!” she told Vogue. Jumping jacks, burpees, and mountain climbers help her get her heart rate up. “I’m still trying to see what my boundaries are and how far I can push myself and when I need to rest,” she added.
On the other hand, Bella usually spends hours at the gym. “When I work out . . . I train and I work out hard for two hours,” she said, per E! News. “If I’m gonna go for it, I’m gonna go hard. I really do like it.”
Her workouts usually involve running and weights. Sometimes, she even branches out and does a barre workout, per Women’s Health. But one type of exercise both Dua and Bella agree they love is boxing.
“When time is on my side, I train with my coach for intensive sessions,” Bella told Vogue Paris. “I run non-stop for 20 minutes followed by a boxing session and finally a series of weights targeting the abs and glutes. We keep the routines varied, so the sessions are always fun.”
“I love boxing in my spare time,” Dua explained, per Women’s Health. “I like doing it for fitness, I like doing it just to kinda clear my mind. I really enjoy it.”
As for their diets, both Dua and Bella try to find a balance between cooking at home and ordering takeout. “I love cooking and being surrounded by my favorite people, though I also love ordering from the fantastic restaurants in my area,” Dua told Refinery29.
“I used to make dinner for myself all the time, but now when I leave work I order food,” Bella told Harper’s Bazaar. “Westville is the restaurant I always order from. The sautéed kale is my favorite.”
