3 Important Things This Personal Trainer Does Before Her Morning Workout

Andia Winslow, a pro golfer, sports performance coach, and founder of The Fit Cycle, wakes up super early—like, 4:30 a.m. early. This allows her to start her day on an active note, which she loves. But, that doesn’t mean getting out of bed before sunrise is any less challenging.

“Typically, I set my workout clothes out the night before, so there are no excuses to get out the door early,” she says. She also grabs something to eat before she leaves. “Because it’s so early, I go for something easy, like the new YQ by Yoplait yogurt made with ultra-filtered milk.”
