Aside from insanely good genes, there’s a few things that Emily Ratajkowski does each day to maintain her enviable rig.
First up, sweet, delicious carbs. Now that’s a breakfast we can get on board with.
“Every day… I get this pastry called kouign-amann with my black coffee,” she told Harper’s BAZAAR US. “I always pretend that I don’t know what I’m getting. I’m like ‘Umm, hmm, I guess I’ll get a kouign-amann?’ They’e like, ‘Uh-huh’.”
The actor slash model’s next meal of the day is a far less surprising one.
“Lunch is usually a salad or a sandwich,” she told BAZAAR. “If I’m on set, I’ll have catering, but I’m well behaved with that stuff. It’s easy to go crazy – they know how to feed you.”
The 26-year-old says she’s never as home for dinner, preferring to catch up with friends over a meal.
“I love this Italian restaurant downtown called Bestia,” she said. “It’s kind of fun, and they have good cocktails and wine. If I’m trying to be a little healthier, there’s Café Gratitude downtown. There’s amazing sushi at this tiny place called Mako in Little Tokyo. And I also love uni. Anything with uni in it is great for me.”
On her days of Emily says she likes to squeeze in a hike or a yoga class, and unlike many other health-conscious models, Emily’s bedtime is a late one.
“12:30 A.M – I pass out.”
