Before she was an actress, LeAnn Rimes was known for completely blowing people away with her incredible voice. (Like, have you heard How Do I Live?!)
Well, LeAnn was back onstage this weekend, and she naturally sounded—and looked—amazing. LeAnn, 39, owned the stage at North Carolina’s MerleFest, where she accessorized her cut-off shorts and black bra top with ridiculously toned legs, abs, arms—everything.
The Grammy winner shared pics from the festival on Instagram, with the caption, “Shody still got it… shody never lost it 😂” And people were all about it in the comments. “Still got it girl! Rock on!” one wrote. “❤️❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥🔥so so hot,” another said.

Worth noting: LeAnn also played a show in Sacramento earlier this month and wore a similar look, paired with those amazing muscles:

OK, but how does LeAnn look so fit? She previously told Us Weekly that she tries to work out four times a week, even when she’s on set or on the road.
“I take a jump rope with me everywhere I go, so it’s easy to do and easy to do bodyweight workouts in my dressing room,” she said. Back in May, LeAnn even shared an impressive dressing room workout on Instagram, featuring pushups with side twists, leg lifts, weighted ball slams, and tricep dips in a chair.
LeAnn also likes to work out with her husband, Eddie Cibrian—they’ll take SoulCycle classes together or even just go for walks around their neighborhood.
On the food front, LeAnn previously told Women’s Health that she tries to eat healthy. That means starting her day with Kimberly Snyder’s Glowing Green Smoothie, featuring chopped spinach, lettuce, celery, apple, pear, banana, and lemon juice. “My body actually craves it!” she said.
Lunch is usually leftovers from the night before.
“Our leftovers range from mushroom and poblano tacos in almond flour tortillas, to smoky white bean and greens soup, to a delicious chicken and veggie stir fry,” she said. LeAnn may snack on Bada Beans, an apple, or a Sakara Life Energy Bar before dinner, which could be a bowl with a cauliflower base, grilled chicken or baked tempeh, and greens and veggies.
But, even though she’s a healthy eater, LeAnn says she’s more than fine with treating herself here and there. “Sometimes nourishment is the cake, the chips, the pizza, and the mac and cheese,” she said.
