Mama Bear! Carrie Underwood Warns Son's Crush Not to 'Break His Heart'

Looking out for her little one! Carrie Underwood dished on her 4-year-old son’s crush — and left her a warning.

“This morning my 4-year-old, who hates wearing jeans, asked to wear jeans so he could ‘look cute for Maddie,’” the country singer, 36, tweeted on Thursday, May 9. “He also asked me to fix his hair and to get him some flowers that he could give to her. Don’t you break his heart @MaddieMarlow !!!”

The Maddie & Tae musician, 23, wrote back: “I seriously could’ve cried. My heart just about exploded. Y’all raised the sweetest boy! Goes to show what a great example you and your hubby set for your boys. #newtourboyfriend.”

Marlow and Taylor Dye are opening for the Grammy winner on her Cry Pretty Tour 360.

Underwood’s youngest son will be joining her on the road too. The “Love Wins” singer and her husband, Mike Fisher, welcomed Jacob in January after suffering three miscarriages in two years.

“Jacob Bryan Fisher entered the world in the wee hours of the morning on Monday,” the American Idol alum wrote on Instagram when he arrived. “His mom, dad and big brother couldn’t be happier for God to trust them with taking care of this little miracle! Our hearts are full, our eyes are tired and our lives are forever changed. Life is good.”

It’s possible that she and the former professional ice hockey player, 38, will continue growing their family, even though their journey with Jacob was “difficult emotionally and physically,” a source told Us Weekly exclusively earlier this month. “She’s always wanted a little girl.”

For now, Underwood is bonding with her boys. “She attends school functions and sports games,” the insider added. “She’s a regular PTA mom.”
