Carrie Underwood Just Posted A Photo Proving Her Workouts Are Paying Off In A Big Way

  • Carrie Underwood shared a photo of a workout with her husband Mike Fischer on Instagram.
  • The photo shows her genius mobile gym, which features a rack of dumbbells, a treadmill, and an elliptical.
  • Carrie is traveling for her Cry Pretty Tour 360.

Carrie Underwood just shared a super-badass photo giving fans a peek into her current workout routine on Instagram. In the photo, the singer is doing renegade rows with near-perfect form and her husband Mike Fisher is right by her side doing biceps curls.

Carrie captioned the photo, “Better together!” reminding us that she and Mike are definitely #couplegoals.

But let’s talk about this workout: Renegade rows work the arms and core, and it looks like Carrie’s dumbbells are heavy AF (go, girl). Even so, it’s Carrie’s legs that are stealing the show. (Real talk: I’ve envied Carrie’s legs since I first saw her. Who hasn’t really?) You can clearly see the definition in her upper legs as she engages them to hold her plank—and, damn.

Carrie clearly puts in work to stay in shape—beyond just dancing her way through multiple shows each week on her Cry Pretty Tour 360. Her mobile gym is equipped with a rack of dumbbells, a treadmill, an elliptical, and space for her workout buddy, Mike. In case either of them needs extra motivation, the gym floor features the inspiring mantra “Stay the Path” from her Calia by Carrie Underwood line, and bright neon lighting.

As a reminder, Carrie gave birth to her second child back in January. She is human, though: In March, she opened up about how difficult bouncing back has been. Through it all, Carrie remained positive, though. And let’s be real: Working out on the regular has got to be easier when you’ve got a mobile gym.
