Ariel Winter Basically Nailed An Insane Bear Plank On Her First Try

Ariel Winter has always been super open about her body, her weight, and her workouts. She’s showed off her toned abs a few times on the ‘gram, and now, she’s giving the behind-the-scenes deets on how stays fit AF.

The Modern Family actress, 21, just posted a workout video getting in a good sweat sesh with her trainer. In the video, Ariel shows off her seriously sculpted core and butt in a black sports bra and black leggings. She not only looks super fit, but proves her strength with a crazy combination move in the video.

Ariel added a disclaimer in her caption: “just tried this exercise today so it’s not perfect but I’m out here working towards my goals with @mackfit 🍑.” She has her trainer right by her side to keep her on track.

In the video, she starts in a bear plank position with her feet on sliders. Her knees are off the ground, so it’s already a doozy. Then, she adds shoulder taps, which are a serious burner per Betina Gozo, CPT and Nike Master Trainer.

“Shoulder taps are an active move that require you to use your palms to alternately touch the top of your opposite arm while holding your body still,” she previously told Women’s Health. “You’ll need an engaged core and some serious arm strength to pull off this exercise.” This move only looks simple, trust.

Ariel takes it up another notch, sliding her feet out into a full plank. Then, she repeats the whole crazy combination again. Phew! I’m sweating just watching.
