The studio launched a new class, called STRENGTH, which burns up to 1,000 calories during the 45-minute session.

Kate explained how the added benefit of the class is that you continue to burn calories once you’ve left the studio.

The simple reason is because you are building muscle mass which increases your energy expenditure.

Kate told Daily Star Online: “Unlike a cycling class where you’re only using your lower body, this class requires you to use your entire body throughout.”
