Halloween is almost here, but this year, we’re more excited about burritos than we are about candy.
That’s because on Halloween, Chipotle is having a costume contest, the winner of which will win a full year of free Chipotle burritos.
The fun begins on Halloween. Customers who visit their local Chipotle in costume on Wednesday, Oct. 31 between 3 p.m. and close will be able to get any burrito, taco, bowl or salad for just $4, which is almost half off for many of their burritos. If you’re feeling lazy, you can also just order online using the code BOORITO.
If you want to try to win burritos for a year, though, you’ll want to put on that costume. Then, take a picture of yourself all dressed up at a Chipotle restaurant, upload it to Instagram and tag @Chipotle.
The brand will then choose their eight favorite costumes and will post them on their Instagram Story, where fans can vote on their favorite costume between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST on Nov. 1. The winner will be crowned the Boorito Champion and will receive 52 free burrito cards, each redeemable for any Chipotle burrito of $10 or less. That’s one burrito a week for the whole year, aka pure and utter burrito bliss.
As adults, it’s a little sad to have to give up trick-or-treating. But with Chipotle’s Halloween contest, we finally have a reason to get dressed up again this year.
